Order processing and delivery time
Thank you for purchasing products from O'SELECT online store. Please read the following delivery terms and conditions for details.
Normally, if the payment is successfully completed before 3:00 pm Hong Kong time (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), we will process the order on the same business day and arrange for the courier to pick up the package on the next business day.
In general, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Hong Kong: 1 to 3 working days
- Macau: 2 to 5 working days
The actual delivery time will depend on the destination and courier arrangements. In case of bad weather, inventory issues or other special circumstances, the order may take an additional business day to process. We will do our best to ensure on-time delivery. Thank you for your understanding.
Cargo Tracking / Change of Address
- After the goods are shipped, we will send an email to inform the customer that the goods have been shipped. You can check the waybill number in the email.
- Customers must download and install the SF-EXPRESS app and enable push notifications on their mobile phones to track their shipments and receive pickup information in real time.
- After the goods are shipped, if you need to change the address, please contact SF Express to make alternative arrangements. The additional costs incurred must be borne by yourself.
- After receiving the pickup notification from SF Express, customers must pick up the goods at the selected smart locker or SF Express station within 48 hours, otherwise SF Express will charge an overtime service fee. ( Details are subject to the latest terms and service fees of SF Express. )
- If you are unable to receive your shipment due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express to make arrangements. If delivery fails repeatedly, your order may be cancelled and no refund will be given.

Delivery service

Delivery range

- Standard delivery service areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and Macau. Delivery service is not available to designated areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, Po Toi Island ( Subject to the courier company's arrangement )
- Please do not use a PO Box as your delivery address.
- Each order can only be shipped to one address. If you would like to have the goods delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Smart Locker Self-Pickup Service ( Hong Kong only )
- After the goods are shipped, they will usually be delivered to the designated EF Smart Locker within 1-3 working days.
- Customers can go to the designated smart locker and enter the password to pick up the goods.
Undeliverable orders
If an order is returned due to an unknown delivery address, a PO Box or hotel address, repeated unsuccessful delivery, or the recipient refuses to accept the package, we will deduct the original shipping fee, handling fee, and HK$100 as a return order processing fee from the refund when the courier returns the package to us. We can arrange for the customer to have the item shipped again, but the shipping fee will be collected on delivery.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
O'SELECT is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes associated with your order. All costs during or after delivery (duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
