Order and Delivery

Delivery Policy 

Thank you for your orders at O’SELECT. Please read the following delivery terms and conditions for details.

Under normal circumstances, if payment is successfully completed before 3:00pm HKT (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), we will process the order within the same business day and arrange for courier pickup the next business day.

Under normal circumstances, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

·       Hong Kong: 1 to 3 business days

·       Macau: 2 to 5 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on the delivery address and the courier service’s arrangement. In the event of adverse weather conditions, inventory issues, or other exceptional circumstances, additional processing time of up to one business day may be required. We will make every effort to ensure timely delivery.

Shipment Tracking / Updates on Delivery Address

·       Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with courier tracking number.

·       Please install SF-EXPRESS app and turn on push notification, for tracing parcel and receiving delivery updates.

·       If you need to change the delivery address after sending out by us, please contact SF Express directly to make the necessary arrangements.                                                   

·       Please collect the parcel from SF Locker or SF Store within 48 hours upon receiving the notification from SF Express. Otherwise, an overdue service charge may apply. (Please refer to the latest terms and fees set by SF Express.)

If you are unable to receive the shipment due to personal reasons, you must contact SF Express directly to arrange redelivery. In the case of repeated failed delivery attempts, your order may be cancelled without refund.

Shipping Fee

Except for activities or items specifically mentioned on the website, the shipping fee is as follows:

Delivery Services

Delivery Coverage

Standard Delivery Service (Hong Kong & Macau)

·       Standard delivery is available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Macau. Delivery is not available to certain locations, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O, Siu Ho Wan, and Po Toi Island. (Subject to Courier’s Arrangement)

·       Please do not use a P.O. Box as the delivery address.

·       Each order can only be shipped to one single address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

SF Locker Self-Pickup Service (Hong Kong only)

·       Once dispatched, the package will usually arrive at your selected SF Locker within 1-3 business days.

·       Please collect your parcel from the designated SF Locker by entering the code received. 

Undeliverable Orders

If an order parcel is returned due to an incomplete shipping address, the use of a P.O. box or hotel address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or the recipient refusing to accept the package, we will deduct the original shipping fee, handling fee, and charge HK$100 as a return processing fee from the refund once the courier returns the parcel to us. We can arrange redelivery of the goods; however, shipping costs will be charged to the recipient upon delivery (freight collect).

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

O’SELECT is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with your order. All costs during or after delivery (including duties and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
